Make up to 55 gallons of cream soap, liquid soap, lotion and other liquid or semi-liquid products at once. Used closed head stainless steel drum with the bottom cut out to make a tank.
The cut is relatively smooth, but you could smooth down further. The tank itself has zero rust but some discoloration.
The included spigots have some rust that can be removed and zero corrosion. The tank has cooked and dispensed at least 20,000 containers of cream soap and is still going strong. If heat is needed, standard 55 gallon drum heaters fit around the tank or the tank can be placed on heat. Product is dispensed from a threaded 2 bung hole through an iron pipe and a stainless steel spigot. The lever on the stainless steel spigot is extremely easy to turn.Stainless steel keeps your products pure. Stainless steel has the best corrosion resistance, tensile strength and reusability. Stainless steel withstands extreme temperatures of -60°F to 600°F. Stainless steel holds in heat for a relatively long time.
Tank features a 2" opening (for the pipe and spigot) and a 3/4" opening that is closed. 2 100% stainless steel spigot fits perfectly on the tank with zero leaking or clogging. 2 cast iron/stainless steel back-up spigot included. Tank is easily balanced and secured on saw horses, on the edge of a table.Secured with bungee cords, on a large plant or other decorative stand, on cinder.
