Mounted large burners (two - one for boiling kettle, one for hot liquor). Standing pilot and automatic temperature control via stainless 50' HERMS coil mounted in the hot liquor tank. No more mash stirring to maintain temperature! Two stainless steel pumps for transfer.
Control panel with PID for temperature control and pump control. With this system, you can set and forget your temperature to within 1F.
The HERMs system constantly recirculates the wort between the hot liquor and mash tun. Hot liquor kettle, mash, and boiling kettle - all professionally TIG weld fittings, 15.5 gallon keggles with stainless lids. The mash keggle has a return fitting with an adjustable sparge arm. The boiling kettle has a large hop spider, stainless steel.
