Mixing Tank 35Gal Stainless Steel Sanitary design, fantastic for extractions. This is a UL listed tank, with insulation with capability to do cryogenic extraction type work.

Top entry mixer is 3hp high torque with gearbox, XP rated 3phase motor. Motor drives a shaft/impeller for blending or a basket which acts as a centrifugal mixer for extractions. Multiple top ports included, and bottom port for a ball valve. Unit has a hoist to easily raise motor and lid to access tank, load the basket, etc.

35 Gallon Ethanol Extractor - HP40 top entry centrifugal basket style mixer for maximum mass transfer and extract contract time. Can also be used as general purpose mixing tank. The HP40 is extremely easy to operate, maintain, and clean. UL stamp is fixed to tank OD, and top mount motor is 3phase XP rated with integral high torque gearbox. Capable of processing more than 60lbs of biomass every hour.

12-20 min extraction time dependant on operating procedure. 95%+ ethanol recovery during the spin cycle. 93%+ cannabinoid extraction rate on one cycle. Explosion-proof motor - 3 HP XP 3phase motor. The tank is insulated with a stainless steel skin to maintain cryogenic temperatures during the extraction process. Multiple top ports for filling, venting, viewing, etc.

Crank winch to ergonomically lift mixer and lid to allow easy access to centrifugal basket. Excellent craftmanship and very pharma looking finish on this system.

Common setup = many operators setup 2 extractors which feed the filtration system. While on unit is extracting you can load and prep the second unit, and you always have one backup system on hand to assure you are always running without downtime. OPTIONS AVAILABLE BUT NOT INCLUDED IN SCOPE. Variable speed drive (mount outside the XP zone) to customize speed of mixer/basket assembly. Downstream filtration system with air operated (suitable for solvent use) pump on cart, and 3 stage filtration and decoloring.
