This false bottom is designed to sit above the spigot of the 20 and 25 gallon heavy duty kettles for easy wort removal. These bottoms are sturdy and will allow you to turn your kettle into a mash-tun or you can use it as a screen to filter out whole hops. Constructed from type 304 stainless steel with 3/32 perforated holes on 5/32 centers.
