Stainless steel IBC tote with internal mixer 125 gallon

  
125 gallon stainless steel IBC tote tank with internal mixer blades & shaft were manufactured by Clawson Tank Co. Tanks have a designed pressure of 7 PSI; A TARE WEIGHT of 538 LBS; A rated Gross Weight 2338 LBS. We currently have 10 available all with LIGHTNIN internal mixer shaft & blades. Mixer shaft requires a pneumatic or hydraulic drive which is NOT included.

Each tank was filled full of water to check for leaks which none were found. Each tote will be either filled with water or pressure tested. There is currently a 4-6 week lead time required for these mixers. These are described as follows. New MixMor Model SFGA-11 gear driven, custom flange mounted, top entering mixer.

Motor: Mixer will be driven by a 1 H. Gear Reducer: Mixer will have a single reduction, MM Size #1, helical gear reducer with a final output speed of 350 R. Reducer is grease lubricated for life, eliminating the need for scheduled maintenance.

Pedestal Housing: The pedestal housing between the gear reducer and mounting flange will be constructed of carbon steel. Mounting Flange: Mixer will mount to the Tote tank with a custom flange to match the existing Lightnin flange. Mixer Shaft Coupling: Mixer will have a custom flange coupling to match the existing the Lightnin mixer shaft coupling.
