The condenser adopts an open-typed cooling method, featuring a coiled tube, for a larger contact area with water coolant. The condenser tube is built with red copper, which is corrosion-resistant, with an excellent cooling effect. An additional circulating pump is available to ensure an expedite water flow of the condensate circulation.

The flowing water enters through the lower inlet and drains from the upper outlet. The upgraded built-in thermometer can monitor the temperature in real-time, during fermentation or distillation.

With a double display of Celsius and Fahrenheit, it can measure temperatures up to 200, or 400. Lifting handles attached to the side of the bucket sustain a large amount of tension.
