Dol-fyn ARS2000 // Waterwise 7000 // RegalWare W3600 Automatic Fill Water Distiller with 3-Gallon Reservoir Tank. This is a Dol-fyn ARS2000 branded water distiller, but it is the same product as the Waterwise 7000, RegalWare W3600, etc. I'm switching to an RO unit in my small apartment to cut down on the noise, heat, and electricity generated by this thing. If you're familiar with these, you know they're quality. Attached is a photo showing 0 TDS measured in the water; it is pure HO. The fan motor does have a slight grinding sound to it sometimes which tends to be at cold start and then dissipates. It can make up to 9 gallons in 24 hours.

The holding tank is marketed at 3 gallons, but realistically you get between 2-2.5ish gallons based on how they mount the float switch. There ends up being wasted space in the tank.

2 weeks ago I cleaned the entire unit thoroughly, getting all the scale off the inside of the boiler and cleaned the holding tank. I have a pretty large jar of descaler powder you can have. You just mix some into warm water and let it soak in the boiling chamber, then rinse out (do that unplugged). If I had a bigger place, I'd keep it.
